Bradley Haynes Business Services provides either a Retained HR Service on an annual subscription, paid on a monthly basis; or alternatively at a fixed fee to support you with a specific task.

We have experience of supporting small and medium sized businesses with both their day to day people managements as well as with more complex matters such as disciplinary and grievances. The advice you receive will be commercially focused and pragmatic, as well as being focused on supporting you to be able to run your business.

Our Retained HR Service

The cost of our service varies according to the level of service which you decide meets the needs of your business.

At the upper level, we provide unlimited advice and guidance in business hours by either face to face, telephone or by email. This can be scaled down to meet your budgetary requirements and the size of your business and changed to suit as your business grows.

We review the service with you on an six-monthly basis to ensure that the package you are paying for meets the needs of your business as it evolves.

The Support We Provide

We provide a full HR service on such matters including:

  • Drafting Terms and Conditions of Employment and Variations to Terms and Conditions
  • Drafting Employment Handbooks
  • Providing advice on managing absence and performance
  • Providing advice on supporting staff with disabilities or who are undergoing gender reassignment
  • Providing advice on family-friendly leave, flexible working request and supporting staff on parental leave
  • Supporting you to manage Disciplinary and Grievance processes
  • Providing advice on dismissing employees and redundancy

These services are offered during working hours, 9.00 till 5.00 Monday to Friday.  We will also review and update any employment documents provided by us to reflect any material changes to current legislation as part of our retainer service.  These services are reviewed every 6 months at a meeting with the client to ensure that our services are meeting your needs and to agree future support.

Fixed Fee Services

If you prefer not to have the retained service, we can draft a range of employment documents and provide advice on specific issues for an agreed fee. These include:

  • Contracts of Employment
  • Consultancy Agreements
  • Service Agreements
  • Staff Handbooks and Policy Documents
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Performance Management/Appraisal Templates
  • Guidance and tailored support on TUPE, restructuring and redundancy
  • Support and advice for undertaking disciplinary or grievance meetings and performance reviews
