Corporate team assists S2 Mps in a strategic acquisition

Our Corporate team is delighted to have assistsed S2 Mps in a strategic acquisition of a local competitor.

S2 Mps are a growing business providing managed print services, printer / photocopier leasing or rental,  dealing with businesses of all backgrounds and sizes.  The acquisition assisted the seller with an attractive exit strategy whilst adding to S2 Mps portfolio of clients to whom they can provide a wider range of services.

Our corporate team was led by Andrew Bradley, supported by Charlette McDermott.   The transaction was effected in less than 6 weeks from first discussion on heads of terms, to the completion of the acquisition.
