Andrew Bradley

Andrew is a Founder and C.E.O. of Bradley Haynes Law, having set up the business in March 2014 with fellow director and shareholder, Andy Haynes.
Andrew is an experienced solicitor and leads the Corporate and Restructuring Team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, loans and security. Andrew also advises both Insolvency Practitioners and directors on matters involving corporate insolvency.
Andrew is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing golf and football, as well as running.
