Due to the continued growth of our Property team and increased client acquisition, we are currently looking to recruit the following positions for our very busy Residential Conveyancing team.
Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer/ Legal Executive
Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will be expected to have experience of managing your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and associated procedures.
You should be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a residential property conveyancing caseload.
We are well developed in IT systems and case management, so you should possess strong IT skills and experience of working with case management systems is preferred. You must be able to manage tight deadlines and possess excellent organisation.
We pride ourselves on communication, so well-developed client care skills are fundamental the role.

Conveyancing Paralegal
Reporting to the Conveyancing Team Leader, you will be expected to have at least 12 months’ experience of providing paralegal/ legal assistance support in a Conveyancing Team.
Your role will be to provide support with the whole conveyancing process as needed, from opening client files, through to post completion with a view to progressing to managing your own case load of clients under supervision. The role requires a “can do” attitude.
Excellent client care and communication skills are essential both over the phone and face to face as the role will have lots of client contact.
You should possess strong IT skills and experience of working with cloud case management systems is preferred. You will need to be highly organised so that you can plan your tasks and work within our regulatory requirements. Attention to detail is paramount as well as being able to work under pressure. You will be expected to be a team player as well as working on your own initiative.
This role would be ideal for someone who would like the opportunity to progress their career through a training contract, paralegal qualifications or CILEX.
