Conveyancing Assistant

We’re pleased to announce that we’re hiring for a Conveyancing Assistant, who will be tasked with providing legal assistance to our busy Residential Conveyancing Team based in Worcester! 🏘️


Job Description & Requirements

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll be expected to provide legal support to our busy Residential Conveyancing Team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • All initial Client referral contact.
  • Providing quotes.
  • File opening.
  • ID checks.
  • Initial steps in the legal process, such as contract drafting and search ordering.

We require the following skills:

  • 1 to 2 years in an admin or legal support role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, both over the phone and face to face.
  • Strong IT skills, and experience of working with a cloud case management software is preferred.
  • A high level of organisation to work within our deadlines.
  • A good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to be a good team player as well as working on your initiative.
