Corporate Team advises on MBO of CY Executive Resourcing

Deal Update: MBO – Corporate Team advises on purchase of CY Executive Resourcing by management. 

We are pleased to have acted as legal advisors to the management team of CY Executive Resourcing Ltd,  a specialist recruitment company in the finance and accounting sector.

The new owners of CYER are Vural Aglamaz, deputy chief executive and business directors Kurt Rimell and Andrew Vaughan.

The company is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary having been founded by the vendor Mrs. Cynthia Parker.

Mr Aglamaz speaking on behalf of the management team said:
