Experienced Lawyer joins our Corporate/ Commercial Team

We are delighted to announce that Amar Mehta has joined our Corporate/ Commercial team.

Amar has worked at a number of leading firms in Kenya where he was involved in key infrastructure projects, supporting the mergers and acquisitions and projects teams. His areas of practice are corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, energy (renewable and fossil fuels), banking, property, insurance, mining and employment.

Amar had been practising law in the East Africa region for fourteen years and brings to Bradley Haynes Law his wealth of experience. Before leaving Kenya he was involved in the successful setup of the East & Central Africa office for Rodl and Partners in Nairobi and led the establishment of Chebet Mehta Advocates, a firm providing local and international clients with legal, compliance and regulatory advice in Kenya.
