I found Bradley Haynes Law very helpful with a recent debt recovery situation. The arrangement had been made with a friend so there was no formal contract for both sides to honour. Neil went into a lot of detail and explained my rights and the potential costs if it went to litigation. Payment was received promptly after Bradley Haynes made a formal request. I am not sure, but suspect if I had not taken legal advice, payment would have been protracted and more to the point I could have said/written things in the process that would have stalled things even further.
