Kate Collins
Kate is a solicitor in our Corporate/ Commercial Law team and undertakes a wide range of Corporate and Commercial Contract work, with a focus on property related transactions.
Kate has a specialism in providing legal protection for business owners and individual clients, assisting with matters such as Shareholder Agreements, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate and Estate administration. She can also assist with Change of Name by Deedpoll, Deed of Renunciation, Deed of Variation, Deed of Appointment and Retirement of Trustees, Trusts, Court of Protection applications (such as Statutory Will or Deputyship application), Assent of Property following Grant of Representation and other Land Registry transfers.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, travelling and swimming.
