New litigation lawyer, Holly Brewster, joins the team

We are delighted to announce that Holly Brewster has joined the Bradley Haynes team as a lawyer and will assist in further developing our Litigation services. Holly is qualified to practice in England & Wales, and in Australia, where she has lived for many years.

Holly has extensive experience in banking and insolvency litigation, intellectual property litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and general commercial litigation/dispute resolution.

Holly has worked in large city firms and smaller local firms in both London and Sydney, giving her wide experience of transactions of all sizes. Her strong background in corporate and commercial law, as well as having owned and run her own business, means that she brings commerciality to her litigation practice, applying the law in a practical way to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Holly thrives on problem solving and is an experienced negotiator who has a strong record of achieving successful outcomes for her litigation clients.
