New Exciting Career Opportunities at Bradley Haynes Law

Due to the continued growth of the firm, we are now looking to add to our team in the following practice areas:

Employment Services – (Solicitor 1 to 5 years PQE) 

Covering the full range of employment and HR services including in particular contentious work though non-contentious drafting experience would be a benefit.

Immigration Services– (Solicitor 1 to 5 years PQE) (or equivalent experience)

Offering immigration and asylum advice to private clients and business clients on such matters as leave to remain, EEA applications, student visas and human rights issues.

Family Law Services – (Solicitor 1 to 5 years PQE) (or equivalent experience)

Covering a wide range of family law services including divorce, childcare arrangements, civil partnerships, and financial arrangements.

Wills and Probate Services – (Solicitor 1 to 5 years PQE) (or equivalent experience)

Offering wills, lasting powers of attorney, estates administration, trust matters and contentious probate.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious solicitors to join our team, who are commercially minded and focused on building a career with our business.

The roles will be client facing and offer opportunities for quick progression. The right fit for our team is more important than practice history and we are open to considering a mixture of experience provided the candidate can demonstrate some experience in the matters listed above.

In all areas, you will be expected to have ability to manage your own case load through case management software and support the development of more junior members of staff.  Experience of business development and marketing is preferable though the key factor is a willingness to take a lead role in helping us grow the relevant practice areas.

Salaries are generally market rate for Worcestershire and will be flexible based on experience. We are guided by our values as a business and a key benefit of being part of our team is that we pride ourselves on offering extremely flexible hours of work and ability to work from home.
